THE MISSION

Nature offers a wealth of inspiration and serves as a poignant reminder of the need to protect these creatures and their fragile habitats. As an artist, creations can serve as powerful tools to raise awareness around the urgent issues affecting our environment. It can truly make a difference. This shop helps support Pieterburen Zeehondencentrum, in 50 years they have become the most advanced seal rehabilitation center in Europe. Having visited them in person I was touched by the work they do. Every sale helps buy fish for rescued seals, with bigger shop updates enabling the adoption of an individual seal. This aids their recovery so they can be re-released into the Wadden Sea. I’ll continue to donate proceeds of certain works to non-profits like Padi Aware, a global charity driving local action to help rid the ocean of marine debris, multiply protected ares, and protect endangered species.

Looking to the future, I plan on developing workshops to share the joy of working with clay. By supporting and encouraging other artists and non-artists alike, I hope to help others flourish in their own unique journeys.
